Doesn’t pair with Bluetooth. Your help line is a joke, I’ve been on hold today for already 25 min, yesterday was over 40 min. I would like a refund
Unfortunately after hiring an electrician and working several hours, this product would not sync to the WiFi which was the main reason for buying it. And the company is refusing to allow me to return the product for a refund. It does not work as it was expected.

I purchased this as a replacement for the identical device. The original device was wired incorrectly by the installer, running power through the unit to a GFCI. When the GFCI was used it burnt out the original unit. This replacement unit works as advertised - very easy to change colors, and to capture a single color from the transitions if you want it static. Caution should be used when installing to ensure that any point of connection wiring is selected / installed / wrapped with tape to simplify future troubleshooting or replacement.Additionally, a standard handy box can work, but using an extension ring makes for a much simpler install. (see attached photo).Lastly, I was impressed with Pool Cleaning Parts pricing and shipping. It arrived much more quickly than I had anticipated (either 1 or 2 days, I can't recall) with standard shipping.
