Pentair Clean & Clear Plus Filters have a corrosion resistant injection molded filter tank featuring superior strength and reliability. The cartridge assembly uses four easy to clean, non-woven, polyester cartridges. Each filter is supplied with a bulkhead union set for easy installation.

Superior Filter

My pool man suggested this model of filter. It installed quickly and the water was clear in just a few hours. In spite of cleaning up dead shock, the pressure maintained and my pool has never looked as good!

Replacement Unit

Bought this unit to replace a sand filter in which i hated. When I purchased the house I am currently in I knew I had to buy this unit, I wasn't going to deal with that nasty sand filter. I have always been a fan of this unit, it truly is one of the best overall!

I bought this unit to replace the same model that was 10 years old and leaking. The new unit was an exact fit for the one that I replaced and I was able to swap it out and have the new one in operation in about 10 minutes

Replaced old one that had cracked

We ordered this to replace the same cartridge filter that was installed when the pool was built. That one lasted us about 9 years in the Arizona sun. The filter was shipped with no damage, but the box looked like it took a bit of a beating from FedEx. Shipping was fast and price was very competitive. Our only complaint is that the middle, metal band/clamp that holds the top and bottom of the filter together is now dark black, not beige. Per poolcleaningparts.com, Pentair has made this change. That makes no sense to us since it no longer blends in with the color of the rest of the tank and of course black just attracts even more heat in the sun. Otherwise we would have rated the product 5 stars.
