No issues with purchase and delivery. Part was installed and worked perfectly. This was a better price that I was able to receive at my pool warehouse.

Started with an old Aqualink PDA that worked well but did not provide remote access. The upgrade kit is a direct drop in, connecting all of my Jandy actuators & original 4x Jandy relays. Note that this does not ship with any of the terminal headers, so you will need these off your old system or can order them online as well for connecting RS-485 devices, temp sensors & remote switches. If you have a heater 240V wired through a relay + a fireman switch, you can save a relay and wire the heater directly to AC. The iAqualink RS8 prevents heater coming on without pump and has a built-in cool down cycle after heater is switched off.The iAqualink WiFi unit is exact size of the PDA wireless unit, so even use the same screw holes. The iAqualink WiFi ships with the 4-pin red terminal header, so just works out of the box. Nice that this has CR2032 battery to retain the clock & schedules during power cuts. HINT: If you have pool/spa combo with boost pump for cleaner, will need to change 2 of the DIP switches, but otherwise works out of the box. DIP 1 to ON for Boost, DIP 6 to ON for shared heater.

We have regretted not having iaqualink since we built our pool 8 years ago. When our PDA tanked we decided to do the upgrade! It s a pretty easy install and from there plug and play! We are so happy and Pool Cleaning Parts are efficient and carefully packaged and shipped my new parts at no charge. Very happy with this purchase. Best price around too!

Lightning fried my old panel, and this was all I could find to replace it. It is expensive but the wifi capability is really nice. I too called product support and they were absolutely fantastic. Very hard to find good customer support these days.!

I needed to upgrade an old RS6 with the multi-button in house controller to one that could be controlled by WiFi for a short term rental. This combo was not only the most affordable kit I found in a massive search and it did the job. I was able to upgrade the board myself... it was as simple as unplugging things from one board and plugging them into the new one. If you've ever unplugged a jumper cable from a computer, or a battery from a drone, you can do this! A couple connectors were now on the bottom instead of the top, but that was it. This board had two connectors for controllers, so I was able to keep the in house controller active for my guests and the remote wifi so I could manage it and help out guests.

The web connection part of the order works fine to allow the app control of the system. However, this is not a universal upgrade for all Jandy systems. It will work if your pool and spa share a pump and heater. But if you have a dual equipment system (with two pumps and two heaters) this is not the right kit for your system.

Fast shipping and delivery. Works well. I watched an online installation video first and it was very easy to install after that for someone comfortable working with a few wires. Less than 30 minutes install time.

I had an old PDA system. Something went wrong and it could not be controlled remotely. Whenever I had a power outage, the system's clock would reset. As a result, the pump might run all night, and shut off in the morning. Without a remote, there was no way to change the schedule. Although Jandy states you must have this professionally installed, It is really an easy DIY project if you are adventuresome. I had some difficulty connecting with my home wifi, but online research revealed I could get it done using my Guest wifi. Although the cost is high, what pool equipment isn't?

Replaced current RS4 system board with this item. Board was unresponsive and eventually after several restarts all power was off to pumps. Put old board back in and everything worked fine. Clearly board was bad. Jandy won t warranty product if not authorized seller/service co installe d.

I had a 20 year old Aqualink RD4 control panel, and I wanted to upgrade to an app based control. The IQ20-RS with a new control board did the trick. I was able to replace the board and install the module with no problems, but needed a little tech support on connecting the wifi, but overall the install was not too difficult. The new app based control is awesome and now I can control my pool and spa from anywhere with settings that I never had before. This was a true upgrade.

I originally purchased a different item, thinking it would be all I needed to upgrade my system. After doing more research I began questioning myself. I reached out to technical support and received an immediate response. After sending a couple of pictures of my existing unit I learned that I had indeed ordered the wrong part. The service tech cancelled my order and advised me as to what part I should order, which I did! Easy install and helpful videos. I'll buy from this company again, with confidence!

I wasn't sure if I should order the part since mist companies only sell it to certified professionals. I decided to take the chance. It was the best price I could find and was received a day earlier than expected. The part was an easy swap, all existing connectors snapped into the same place on the new panel. My second PDA had died so, I either needed to buy a new PDA or this board.The installation, I did, went very good. The only issue I had was trying to figure out which antenna went where, I kept my PDA antenna and used the WiFi antenna also. Other than this everything, for a replacement, went really easily.The app needs some work. It pretty regularly drops from my phone, the only way to get it back is to add the 'device' back to my app. The app works fine on my wife's phone and I can use the computer 'online' site just fine.Good price and great delivery.

I had a 20 year old RS6 system with the all button controller. This has always been difficult to program and to maintain (the 9 volt backup battery does not last long on these). I decided to upgrade to the iAquaLink 2.0 RS. All I can say about this is "incredible". Not only do I have access to my pool controls from anywhere, anytime - the web interface makes programming a breeze.Installation was very simple and took less than an hour (just make sure you take pictures with your phone while taking out the old control board AND make sure your wireless transceiver is NOT in direct sunlight). Highly recommended upgrade.

My Jandy system is circa 2003. I really wanted to be able to control it on my iPhone when I am away, so I jumped on this kit even though it is quite pricey. It was very easy to install and the iQ20 antenna unit was easy to connect in parallel with my existing control panel. Setup was straightforward too and works reliably although the app is only OK at best right now. I am a happy customer.

My experience was similar to the other positive posts. Plug and play. I have a basic spa/pool/heater setup with single speed motor... and it all fired up immediately. Watched YouTube videos and was methodical in transferring connectors. Having another person to hold things helps. The one thing I never saw mentioned in my browsing was how to connect your existing PDA (if you have one) so it can continue working along with your new app method. Answer: Continue to use your existing PDA RF antenna. Just wire it in parallel to the same connector that your new antenna uses. No setup required. Jandy cautions that the new iAquaLink board does not support all PDA functions but you still Bev's the basic ON/OFF capability. See picture of bothe receivers. Although it looks like it, they aren't sharing a single cable. Both cables run to the controller where they share a connector.

I had an old Jandy system that used a PDA and wanted to upgrade. This part fit the panel perfectly, was literally plug and play installation.

Arrived quickly. Easy to install, instructions on Youtube. At last Jandy is modernizing.
